After a troop or team elects members to the Order, they are not yet Arrowmen - they must complete the Ordeal.

The Ordeal is a series of tests, but nothing more can be said.

Kiskakon Lodge holds two per year at the current time, one prior to Summer Camp's start and one immediately after it closes. They are held at Camp Chief Little Turtle (CCLT).

A candidate must attend one Ordeal within a year of his or her election.
