NLS stands for National Leadership Seminar, and it is designed for youth Arrowmen who are, will be, or plan to be, in a leadership position within the Lodge. Adults are welcome as well.

Run by the Central Region, NLS is typically held three or four times per year, but luckily for us, the Geneva Center in Rochester, IN, hosts two of these only about an hour's drive from Fort Wayne!

An NLS is an unforgettable, sleep-deprived weekend of learning through a fire hose that will change your outlook on leadership for good.
