Note that Anicus Chapter corresponds to Lincolnway District and Seminole Chapter corresponds to Wabash Valley District. The other chapters' names are the same as their districts.

Each chapter is led by a Chapter Chief, Vice Chief, and Secretary (not all of these positions may be filled) and advised by a Chapter Adivser.
